sourced from trusted american beekeepers, beeswax is a renewable, natural wax that has been used for centuries in candles.

why we choose beeswax

unlike paraffin wax, which is derived from petroleum, beeswax is produced naturally by honeybees and requires minimal processing before becoming a candle.

why not soy wax?

many consumers seeking a plant-based alternative turn to soy wax.

however, most soybeans grown in the united states are genetically engineered, and conventional soybean farming often relies on herbicides and pesticides, which ultimately end up in your candle. soy wax must also undergo significant processing before it becomes the smooth, white wax commonly used in candles.

our preference is beeswax. naturally produced by honeybees, beeswax requires minimal processing and contains nothing more than what nature intended. its naturally high melting point creates a slower, longer-lasting burn, while its golden color and subtle honey aroma eliminate the need for artificial dyes or wax additives.
