Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Aire Candle Company.
If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused merchandise in its original, resellable condition within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form and include your order number and reason for the return. Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned merchandise must be received by us before a refund can be processed.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Candles that have been burned, lit, damaged, altered, or used in any way
- Wax melts that have been melted, removed from their original packaging, damaged, or used
- Room sprays, essential oils, and other fragrance products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items
- Gift cards and gift certificates
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above eligibility requirements.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment, as Aire Candle Company is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with the claim process, we may request photographs and/or videos of the product, shipping box, packing materials, and shipping label.
Failure to notify us within 7 days of delivery may result in the claim being denied.
At our discretion, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund for approved claims.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
Aire Candle Company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping delays do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or chargeback once the order has been shipped.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refused Deliveries and Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.
Any refund issued for an undeliverable or refused package will be less the original shipping charges and any return shipping fees incurred by Aire Candle Company.
