PROCESSING
All orders are processed + shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.
We are unable to make changes once an order is placed, however if you need a hand, please email hello@airecandles.com with as many details as possible and we'll try our best to help. We are available Monday through Friday only.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $35 within the United States. The shipping fee applied to orders under $35 will be automatically calculated at checkout dependent upon destination and weight of package.
Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times range 3-15 business days, depending on shipping method + delivery destination.
You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.
Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace or refund missing, delayed or stolen packages at this time.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We offer USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express for expedited delivery on domestic orders. Pricing is dependent upon destination/weight of package. We ask that you please apply our 3-5 business day window for processing to plan accordingly.
Orders placed with USPS Priority Mail will likely arrive within 1-3 business days, but this timeline is not guaranteed. Orders placed using USPS Priority Mail Express will arrive within 1-2 business days once shipped from our fulfillment location. Business days are Monday - Friday, and will not arrive on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays.
This is our carrier's shipping policy, and once a package is shipped from our HQ, delivery is unfortunately out of our hands. For more info or help with your order, email us at hello@airecandles.com.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we unfortunately do not offer international shipments.
RETURNS
It is our hope that you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase at aire candle co. We will give thoughtful consideration to your request for a return, exchange, or credit of our products. We accept returns only on unused merchandise in resellable condition within 14 days of purchase or shipment date when accompanied by an original store sales receipt with the exception of clearance items. Gift certificates and Gift cards are also not returnable and have no cash value. Within 14 days, we can refund your purchase via the original method of payment. We do not accept returns beyond 14 days.
If you're experiencing an issue with a product, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos with a detailed description in your email so that we can determine how to best lend a helping hand.
NOTE: We are unable to cover any return shipping fees. Discontinued items or gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
